Roles and Responsibilities of Beauty Educational Trainer:
- Conduct Training and Demonstrations:
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations six days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
- Deliver highly professional and engaging training to clients, focusing on key accounts.
- Provide demonstrations to showcase product usage and techniques effectively.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with each client account, with a focus on key accounts.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Professional Training Delivery:
- Deliver highly professional training sessions to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of sales targets, initiatives, and product knowledge.
- Utilize effective teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Support Business Development Managers (BDMs):
- Assist BDMs by providing training support and answering inquiries related to training and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with BDMs to align training programs with business objectives.
- Certification and Documentation:
- Issue student certificates upon completion of training programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities and participant progress.
- Technical Support:
- Handle technical inquiries and issues from clients over the phone and via email promptly and effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Attend Annual Training Sessions:
- Participate in annual training sessions, such as Train the Trainer (TTT), to enhance personal and professional development.
Skills:
- Possess at least 3 years of professional experience as a master hairdresser.
- Strong knowledge of product usage and application techniques.
- Proficient in public speaking and delivering engaging presentations.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
